Extreme Machining employs professional quality steel cutting techniques to create your custom steel. We use precision Waterjet Cutting and Plasma Cutting. In addition, we can bend and weld steel to customer specification with our AKBEND system. Our previous projects include everything from church steeples to sump pumps, proving the versatility of our machinery. Our services are largely based on customer needs: we work based on necessities of our clients.

 

 

High Productivity with an Integrated, Compact Design
The Integrated Flying Bridge (IFB) incorporates a design that combines the motion control, pump and high-pressure components of a waterjet cutting tool into one compact machine. It consumes minimal floor space, provides excellent operator access, and is configured for easy material loading and unloading. This abrasive waterjet machine is capable of cutting any metal, stone, tile, and glass material with unmatched accuracy and intricacy.
Akyapak manufactures 4 roller Hydraulic Plate Bending Machines with the capacity of bending from 2 mm to 100 mm in thickness and from 1000 mm to 6000 mm in width/ length. The frames of the machines are of fabricated, welded steel (St-52) construction. The roll shafts and the materials and bearings used in production are of good (European) quality. Also the torque limit of the machines is very high. NC playback and CNC graphic control systems are available as optional accessory.
The TMC4500ST plasma cutter is built for state-of-the-art performance in the rigorous environment of fabrication shops and service centers. Box beam steel construction results in a stiff backbone to the gantry frame. Hardened and ground ways support even the heaviest cutting carriages and provide long life. X-axis rails are machined from tough 115 lb./yd. crane rail to support and guide the cutting operation.
