We use a variety of techniques to cut material to customer specifications. We can also bend and shape metal if necessary with our AKBEND system. These are two techniques we use to cut materials. We employ high-psi waterjet cutting as well as plasma cutting. The top video shows our plasma torch cutting a circle into a piece of generic steel. The bottom video is a close shot of a Waterjet cutting a simple square into a piece of painted steel. This low-heat solution for steel-cutting doesn't chip paint. We can keep original steel conditions intact when we cut with our Waterjet. Both of these videos show the machines cutting in pre-programmed patterns. These are digital systems; we can program their cut paths using CAD Drawings or custom programming.
